Parkview Baseball A Championship Tradition "Mind Strong, Heart Strong" "On A Mission"  2009 Varsity Team  2009 JV Blue Team  2009 JV Red Team  The PBS 2009 Varsity State Championship Baseball Team was recognized by the Louisiana State Legislatue on June 19. Also recognized was Coach M. L. Woodruff for coaching 11 teams to state championships duringhis coaching career at Parkview.
 Congratulations to Ben Carter & Steven Poche on their committments to play college baseball. Steven committed to Southeastern Louisiana University and Ben will join teammate Andrew Reeves at LSU-E. A party honoring these two young men was held in the school gym. Click to view pictures at signing party.  Phil Garner, former General Manger of the Houston Astros speaks to PBS Baseball team.  Senior PBS baseball players, Alex Byo, Alex Edward, Brennan Middleton, and Andrew Reeves commit to 4 different colleges to play baseball. Alex Byo signed with University of New Orleans; Alex Edward signed with Louisana State University; and Brennan Middleton signed with Tulane University. Andrew Reeves verbally committed to Louisiana State University-Eunice. His official signing date will be in January. A party recognizing these boys was held in the school gym with family, friends, & faculty attending.
